Celebrity Pornhab with Dr. Screw is a 2009 pornographic film that satirizes the VH1 reality series Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew. The film stars Mary Carey amp Mike Horner. This film marks Careys comeback to adult films. Carey, an alumna of both Celebrity Rehab and Celebrity Rehab Presents Sober House, stars in this film and pokes fun at herself and the reality show. The film also stars Penny Flame, who shortly after this film, herself became a patient on Sex Rehab with Dr. Drew, a Celebrity Rehab spinoff.

Several washedout celebrities check themselves into a drug rehabilitation clinic that is being filmed for reality television. The patients are under the care of the perverted Dr. Screw Pussky parody of Dr. Drew Pinsky and a scantily clad RN Mary Carey. Although supposed to be a safe heaven from relapse temptations and sexual activity, the whole cast, with the good doctor himself, delve into hedonism.Other celebrity spoofs are featured in this movie many of whom have appeared on Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew. These include Shifty Shellshock, Jeff Conaway, Ricco Rodriguez, Tawny Kitaen, Chyna, Brigitte Nielsen, Lindsay Lohan, who is known for her substance abuse problems, and actresssinger Hilary Duff, who does not have any history of substance abuse. ........
